The Merrit: One Story, Four Bedrooms
The Merrit puts everything on one level. The living room is 14' x 15' and the dining room is 11'6"" x 10'4"". The kitchen is 9'8"" x 14'6"". The primary bedroom is 16' x 13'6"" and has its own bath and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are each 10' x 11', and bedroom 4 is 11' x 10'2"". Out back is a covered lanai, 17'8"" x 10', the biggest lanai of the five.

The Sapole: A Bedroom Downstairs, a Living Room Upstairs
The Sapole has 2,085 square feet, four bedrooms and three baths. Its bedroom 4 is downstairs, 10'5"" x 11'11"", next to a full bath. Upstairs are the primary bedroom, two more bedrooms and a 12' x 16'9"" living room. All three upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets on the drawing. The garage is a one-car garage, with a separate storage room off it.
The Aisle: Two-Car Garage and a Half Bath
The Aisle has 2,046 square feet, four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Its living room is 14' x 16'2"" and its dining room is 14'4"" x 10'. All four bedrooms are upstairs, and so is the laundry. It has the biggest garage of the five at 20'4"" x 20'.

The Robie: Bigger Rooms, Two Living Spaces
The Robie has 2,499 square feet. Downstairs are a 14'8"" x 15'10"" living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a 13'4"" x 10'8"" bedroom with a full bath beside it. Upstairs are a big 18'8"" x 12'4"" primary bedroom, two more bedrooms and a 17' x 20'8"" living room.
The Parker: Five Bedrooms
The Parker is the biggest plan, with 2,720 square feet, five bedrooms and three baths. Its downstairs living room is 23'6"" x 21'4"" and opens to the kitchen and dining room. There is a bedroom downstairs too. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a loft. It is also the only plan with a five-bedroom layout.

Common Mistakes When Comparing Plans
Comparing only square feet. A bigger number does not always mean bigger rooms. The Robie has 2,499 square feet, but its kitchen, at 9'10"" x 15'8"", is about the same size as the Aisle's at 14'4"" x 11'2"".
Forgetting the garage. Only the Sapole has a one-car garage. If you have two cars, that matters.
Skipping the lanai. The Merrit's lanai is 17'8"" x 10'. The others are 14' x 8' at most.
Ignoring the stairs. Only the Merrit has none.
Judging by price alone. The order by price is not the order by size. The Sapole is bigger than the Aisle but has recently started lower.
