Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
National House Search (“National House Search,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs NationalHouseSearch.com, the websites and pages we host for real estate agents in our Agent Partnership Program, and our related forms, text messages, emails, social media pages and YouTube channel (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Who We Are
National House Search is an online platform for finding new-construction homes in Southeast Florida, operated by National House Search Inc. We show communities, floor plans and homes for sale from several home builders. We are not a home builder, and we are not the official website of any builder shown on our site.
Through our Agent Partnership Program, we also host websites and pages for independent, licensed real estate agents. Those sites carry the agent’s own name and branding and may use their own web address, but we run the technology behind them and receive the information sent through their forms. This policy covers those sites too.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your first and last name, email address and phone number, when you fill out our home-match survey, request a guide, contact an agent through their page, or book a visit.
- What you’re looking for: area or county, type of home, bedrooms, bathrooms, budget or price range, and when you plan to buy.
- Your choice about calls and texts: whether you checked the box agreeing to receive them.
- Appointment details you enter in our scheduling calendar.
- Messages you send us by email, text, phone, or social media comments and direct messages.
- If you are a real estate agent in our Agent Partnership Program, see Section 9.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you open, and the website or ad that sent you to us. We use your IP address briefly to block spam and automated abuse, and to avoid counting the same page view twice. We do not keep visitor IP addresses with our page-view counts; those counts are anonymous totals.
Analytics and advertising tools on our site also collect information about your visit, including your general location based on your IP address. See Section 5.
Information from other sources
- Social media platforms, when you comment on or message our pages.
- Advertising platforms, when you fill out a form inside one of our ads (for example on Facebook or Instagram).
Please do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank or credit card numbers, or health information through our forms, text messages or social media. We never ask for it there.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To show you communities and homes that match what you’re looking for, answer your questions, schedule visits, and send you the guides you request.
- To find out current incentives, pricing and availability for the homes and communities you ask about.
- To pass your request to the agent whose site you used.
- To send you the calls, text messages and emails you agreed to receive, including marketing messages.
- To run, protect and improve our site, including counting how often pages are viewed and learning which pages and ads work.
- To show you National House Search ads on other websites and social media.
- To follow the law, prevent fraud and spam, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with home builders or mortgage lenders. We share it only as described below.
- The agent whose site you used: if you send us your information through a real estate agent’s branded website or page on our platform, that agent receives it so they can help you. Depending on how the agent’s account is set up, we deliver it to the agent’s own customer database, or keep it in ours and make it available to the agent. Either way, we also keep a copy. The agent’s own use of your information is their responsibility.
- Licensed real estate professionals who work with us, to help with your home search.
- Service providers that run parts of our service for us: website hosting, our database, our customer database and messaging system (GoHighLevel), email delivery, file storage and spam protection (Cloudflare), maps (Mapbox), scheduling, and analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, to respond to legal requests, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or National House Search.
- Business changes: if we merge, are sold or transfer assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
- With your permission: any other time you tell us to.
Text messaging privacy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party. Service providers that send our text messages for us are not “third parties” under this promise and cannot use your number for anything else.
5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that report a visit to another company. Here is what our sites use.
Needed to run the site
- Sign-in cookiesthat keep agents and our staff signed in to their dashboard. Visitors who don’t sign in don’t get them.
- Spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms, which checks that a real person is submitting.
- Your display setting (light or dark mode), saved in your browser.
- A short-lived note in your browser tab so the same page view isn’t counted twice. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Analytics
Google Analyticsmeasures visits on sites whose owner has turned it on. On an agent’s branded site, the agent may use their own Google Analytics account, and that agent receives the visit reports.
Advertising
NationalHouseSearch.com and our special-offer pages use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the Google Ads tag. They tell us when someone who saw our ads visits our site or requests a guide, and they may let Meta and Google show you National House Search ads on other websites and apps. They are not used on agents’ branded sites.
Content from other companies
Our pages include maps from Mapbox, videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and a scheduling calendar run on GoHighLevel. These companies may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies when their content loads.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- Google: manage ad settings at myadcenter.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta: open Settings, then Ad preferences, in your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals.
6. Text Messages and Email
- We send text messages only to people who checked the box agreeing to receive them. If you leave it unchecked, we will not text you. Agreeing is never required to buy a home or to use our site.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call 561-704-0091.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
See the Text Message Terms in our Terms and Conditions for full details.
7. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We use AI tools to help write and check the descriptions, frequently asked questions and photo labels for the communities, floor plans and homes on our site. Those tools work from builders’ public information and our own records, not from your personal information.
Some replies to messages and comments on our social media pages may come from an automated AI assistant. Those conversations are saved in our customer database and used to answer you, follow up on your request and improve our service. AI answers can be wrong. For anything important, ask to speak with a person or call 561-704-0091. Do not share sensitive personal information with the AI assistant.
8. YouTube and Google
We use YouTube API Services to upload and organize videos on our own YouTube channel. We do not use YouTube API Services to collect information about people who watch our videos. When you watch our videos on YouTube or on our site, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.
National House Search’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Anyone who has connected a Google account to our services can remove that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Real Estate Agents in Our Agent Partnership Program
This section applies if you are a real estate agent with an account in our Agent Partnership Program, on the free or the paid plan.
What we collect from agents
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password. We store your password only in scrambled (hashed) form and can never see it.
- Profile details: your headshot, your brokerage’s name and logo, your city and main county, and the number of new-construction homes you have sold recently.
- Your branded site: your logo, site name, colors, footer text, social media links, search engine text, videos, buyer’s guide, blog posts and author profiles, and which communities you show.
- Settings: your custom web address, your Google Analytics ID, and the code of your own scheduling calendar, if you add them.
- Your own customer database: if you ask us to deliver your leads to your own GoHighLevel account, our staff record that account’s ID and access key. We store the key encrypted and use it only to deliver your leads.
- Account activity: when you sign in, we record your IP address, browser and device type with your sign-in session, and when you last used your dashboard, to keep your account secure.
How we use it
- To build and show your branded page or website, deliver leads to your dashboard (and to your own customer database, if connected), and provide the tools in your plan.
- To send account emails, such as confirming your email address, resetting your password and welcoming you.
- To add you to our own customer database so we can contact you about the program, your account and training.
- To give you support. Our staff can view your account and, when needed to help you or fix a problem, open it as you.
What is public
Your branded page or website is public. Anything you put on it, such as your name, photo, brokerage, phone number, videos and blog posts, can be seen by anyone.
Leads from your page
When a buyer submits information through your page or website, we deliver it to you and keep a copy in our system. You must protect that information and contact buyers only as the law and their consent allow.
Closing your account
To close your account, email nationalhousesearch@gmail.com. We will delete your account, your site and its content, except what we must keep for legal or business records.
10. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to help with your home search, to stay in touch until you ask us to stop, to keep business records and to meet our legal obligations. Agent account information is kept while the account is open. Daily page-view counts are deleted after 90 days. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
11. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page, scrambled (hashed) passwords, encrypted storage of access keys for outside accounts, and limiting access to staff who need it. No website, database or messaging system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
12. Your Choices and Requests
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or for a legitimate business record.
- Stop sending you marketing texts or emails.
To make a request, email nationalhousesearch@gmail.com or call 561-704-0091. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any deadline set by law. If you sent your information through an agent’s site and that agent keeps their own copy, please contact the agent as well. Some states give their residents additional privacy rights; where those laws apply to us, we will honor them.
13. Children
Our services are meant for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Other Websites
Our site links to other websites and services, such as builder websites, lenders, social media, YouTube and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make an important change, we will post a notice on our site.
