Lennar homes in Port St. Lucie come with a long list of standard features, and at Glynlea Country Club that list is not the same in every collection. The Twin Homes and Augusta homes share one list. The Pinehurst homes have their own, with a wall oven, impact windows and taller first-floor ceilings. This guide walks through both lists, the warranty wording Lennar uses, and how buying a new Lennar home works step by step.

Two Feature Lists, Not One

On Lennar's Glynlea plan pages, the ""included features"" section changes by collection:

  • List A: The Azalea (Twin Homes) and the Alexia, Hailey and Victoria (Augusta).

  • List B: The Hartford, Daisy, Tulip and Periwinkle (Pinehurst).

Most items overlap. A few do not, and those few are worth knowing before you choose a plan. We point them out below.

The Kitchen

Both lists include:

  • Shaker-style cabinets with 42-inch uppers. List A adds ""soft-close doors"" and a choice of three designer colors.

  • 2 cm quartz countertops.

  • A tile backsplash. List A describes it as a ""4"" x 16"" white tile backsplash.""

  • A stainless steel appliance package with a side-by-side refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Where they differ:

  • List A has an ""Over-the-range microwave"" and a ""Five-burner range.""

  • List B has a ""Wall Oven/Microwave Combo"" and a ""5 Burner Cooktop"" with a ""Designer Hood over cooktop."" List B also names a garbage disposal and a single-bowl stainless steel sink.

That is a real difference in how you cook. We break it down in wall oven microwave combo versus a range at Glynlea.

The Bathrooms

Both lists include quartz countertops with integrated sinks, a 4-inch quartz backsplash, elongated comfort-height toilets, full-width 42-inch-high mirrors and a powder bath with a pedestal sink where the plan has one.

Where they differ:

  • List A says ""Framed shower enclosure in the primary bath"" and ""4"" x 16"" subway tile shower walls.""

  • List B says ""Frameless Shower enclosure, Owners Bath"" and ""12x24 wall tile with 2x2 floor tile in showers."" It also lists ""Luxury raised vanity height.""

See what that means day to day in frameless shower doors versus framed at Glynlea.

Inside the Home

Both lists include:

  • Tile or luxury vinyl plank in the main living areas (List A also names carpet in the bedrooms).

  • Square-edge 5 1/2-inch baseboards and 3 1/2-inch door casings.

  • Orange peel walls and knockdown ceilings.

  • Sherwin-Williams paint and Seagull LED light fixtures.

  • Pre-wiring for ceiling fans in the great room, flex room, bedrooms and lanai, per plan.

  • Central air and heat with a programmable Wi-Fi thermostat, listed as high-efficiency 15 SEER.

  • A washer and dryer.

Only List B names: ""9'4"" ceilings main floor,"" ""8' ceilings second floor,"" ""6'8"" Interior doors"" and ""Marble window sills.""

Outside the Home

Both lists include: a paver driveway and patio, a dimensional asphalt shingle roof with GAF shingles, an insulated front door, a raised-panel garage door with a Wi-Fi-enabled opener, professional landscaping with a sodded homesite, and an automatic sprinkler system. Both describe concrete block on the first floor and wood frame on a second floor.

Only List B names: ""Impact Low E Windows"" and ""Coach lighting per plan.""

List A does not mention windows at all. That does not mean List A homes lack impact windows. It means Lennar's list does not say. Ask the sales team in writing what windows come in the Twin Homes and Augusta homes.

Smart Home and Connectivity

Both lists include a keyless Schlage Encode smart deadbolt and Category 6e structured wiring, with a phone connection in the kitchen and cable runs to the family room and owner's suite.

The Warranty, in Lennar's Words

Both lists name a ""1-2-10 Home Buyers Warranty"" and ""Manufacturer warranties on the air conditioning system, appliances, and fixtures"" (List A wording).

Lennar's list does not spell out what each number covers. Many builders use 1-2-10 to mean one year on workmanship, two on systems and ten on structure, but the only source that counts is Lennar's warranty document for your home. Ask for it before you sign. For a plain-English primer, read what a 1-2-10 builder warranty usually means.

Also mark your calendar for month 11. Many owners hire an inspector before the first-year coverage ends. Here is why an 11-month warranty inspection is worth it.

Lennar Homes Port St. Lucie Buyers: How Buying Works

Buying from a builder is different from buying a resale. Here is the usual path:

  1. Pick a collection and plan. Compare the eight plans first. Our side-by-side of every Glynlea plan helps.

  2. Choose a homesite. Ask which homesites are open and whether any carry a premium.

  3. Get prequalified. Lennar's Glynlea page links to Lennar Mortgage for prequalification. You can also use your own lender. Compare both. Our guide on a builder's lender versus your own lender shows what to compare.

  4. Sign the purchase agreement and pay the deposit. Read every page. Ask what is refundable.

  5. Walk the home before closing. Make a written list of anything to fix.

  6. Close and move in. Keep every warranty paper in one folder.

If you want your own agent on your side, ask the builder about its agent rules before your first visit, since some builders only work with an agent who is there from the start. Our team works with new-construction buyers at no cost to you.

Price Bands

Prices change week to week, so we share bands only. At Glynlea, Lennar's homes run from the low $300,000s for the Azalea twin home to the low $500,000s for the largest Pinehurst plan. Call 561-704-0091 for today's numbers and any current offers.

Things the Lists Do Not Mention

A standard features list tells you what is in the home. It is just as useful to notice what it leaves out. Neither Glynlea list names:

  • Window coverings. Plan to buy blinds or curtains.

  • Ceiling fans themselves. The lists name pre-wiring for fans, not the fans.

  • Screens on the lanai or patio. Not on either list.

  • Gutters. Not on either list.

Items like these are common move-in costs. Price them early so your budget is real. If the home you like is already under construction, ask for its option sheet, since it may include upgrades beyond the standard list.

Questions to Ask the Sales Team

  • Which feature list applies to the exact home I am buying?

  • What windows does this home have, and are they impact-rated?

  • What upgrades are already in this home, if it is under construction?

  • What does each part of the 1-2-10 warranty cover, and how do I file a claim?

  • Is the washer and dryer the same model in every home?

Common Questions

Is the included features list the same in every Glynlea home?

No. On Lennar's site, the Twin Homes and Augusta homes share one list and the Pinehurst homes have another. Kitchens, showers, windows and ceiling heights differ.

What warranty does Lennar list at Glynlea?

Lennar's features list names a 1-2-10 Home Buyers Warranty plus manufacturer warranties on the air conditioning, appliances and fixtures. Ask for the warranty document for full terms.

Do Lennar homes at Glynlea come with a washer and dryer?

Yes. Both of Lennar's Glynlea feature lists include a washer and dryer.

Which Glynlea homes list impact windows?

The Pinehurst list names Impact Low E Windows. The Twin Homes and Augusta list does not mention windows, so ask the sales team in writing.

Do I have to use Lennar's lender?

You can use your own lender. Lennar's page links to Lennar Mortgage for prequalification. Compare offers and ask how each one affects any builder incentive.

Is the smart lock standard?

Both lists include a keyless Schlage Encode smart deadbolt.
