Classic vs Estate at Avondale at Avenir: Which Plans Get a 3-Car Garage

In this article
At Avondale at Avenir, DiVosta splits its ten floor plans into two collections. The Classic Collection has six plans, from about 2,019 to 2,894 square feet, and every one has a 2-car garage. The Estate Collection has four one-story plans, from about 2,269 to 2,808 square feet, and it is where you find the 3-car garage house plans: the Renown comes with one, and the Stardom and Stellar offer one.
If a third garage bay matters to you, for a third car, a golf cart, a boat trailer or a workshop, this guide shows exactly where to look at Avondale at Avenir and what the trade-offs are.

The two collections in one table
Classic Collection | Estate Collection | |
|---|---|---|
Number of plans | 6 | 4 |
Stories | 3 one-story, 3 two-story | All one-story |
Size | About 2,019 to 2,894 sq ft | About 2,269 to 2,808 sq ft |
Bedrooms | 2 to 5 | 2 to 3 |
Garage | 2-car on every plan | 2-car, 2 or 3-car, or 3-car |
The Classic plans have recently started from the mid $700,000s to the mid $800,000s. The Estate plans have recently started from the low $900,000s to just over $1 million. Prices change, so call 561-704-0091 for today's numbers.
Which plans have a 3-car garage
Only the Estate Collection offers a third bay.
Renown: a 3-car garage comes standard. It is the largest one-story home at Avondale, about 2,808 square feet.
Stellar: a 2-car garage with a 3-car option, about 2,523 square feet.
Stardom: a 2-car garage with a 3-car option, about 2,269 square feet. DiVosta also points out extra garage space you can use for storage.
Reverence: a 2-car garage only, about 2,669 square feet.
Every Classic Collection plan has a 2-car garage. Some, like the Mainstay, have extra garage space for storage, but none has a third bay.
A 3-car option can depend on the homesite, so ask which homesites can take it before you fall for a plan.
What a third garage bay is good for
A third bay is not only for a third car. Buyers we talk with use it for:
A golf cart.
A boat or a trailer, if it fits the bay.
A workshop or a home gym.
Storage for bikes, hurricane supplies and holiday boxes.
If you only need storage, the extra garage space on the Stardom or the Mainstay may be enough. Walk both before paying for a bigger plan.
What changes between Classic and Estate
Stories
This is the biggest practical difference. Three Classic plans, the Fifth Avenue, Riverwalk and Whitestone, are two-story homes with an upstairs loft. Every Estate plan is one story. If stairs are a problem now, or could be later, the Estate plans and the three one-story Classic plans are your list.
Bedrooms
The Classic Collection has the most bedrooms. The Riverwalk has 4, and the Whitestone has 4 to 5. The Estate plans top out at 3 bedrooms, but most add a flex room you can use as an office or a den.
The kitchen
DiVosta's Estate plan pages list built-in KitchenAid stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop and a wall oven. A wall oven is an oven set into the cabinets at chest height, so you do not bend down to the floor. The Classic plan pages list KitchenAid stainless steel appliances with a gas range, which is the stove and oven in one unit. Both include the refrigerator. Confirm the appliance package for the exact home you pick.
Price
Every Estate plan has recently started above every Classic plan, even when the Classic home is bigger. The two-story Whitestone, at about 2,894 square feet, has recently started in the mid $800,000s. The Stardom, at about 2,269 square feet, has recently started in the low $900,000s. DiVosta does not publish a reason for the gap.

How to compare a Classic and an Estate plan on your tour
Bring a short checklist so the two models do not blur together.
Stand in the garage. Picture your cars, bikes and storage. If you are on the fence about a third bay, measure what you own before you go.
Count the steps. On a two-story Classic plan, walk up and down the stairs twice. If that feels like a chore, an Estate plan or a one-story Classic plan is your list.
Open the kitchen. Look at the range on a Classic model and the wall oven on an Estate model, and decide which you would use more.
Find the quiet room. Every family needs one spot to work or read. Note where the flex room, loft or den sits on each plan.
Ask what is a model upgrade. Model homes show options. Ask which features you just saw are standard.
Plan your visit
Walk one Classic and one Estate plan on the same day. It is the fastest way to feel whether one floor or a third garage bay is worth the price gap.

Common Questions
Which Avondale plans have a 3-car garage?
The Renown comes with a 3-car garage. The Stellar and the Stardom come with a 2-car garage and offer a 3-car option, according to DiVosta. The Reverence and every Classic plan have a 2-car garage.
Can I get a 3-car garage on a Classic plan?
DiVosta does not list a 3-car garage for any Classic Collection plan. Some Classic plans, like the Mainstay, have extra garage space for storage. If you need a third bay, look at the Estate plans.
Are the Estate plans one story?
Yes. All four Estate plans, the Stardom, Stellar, Reverence and Renown, are one-story homes. The only two-story homes at Avondale are three Classic plans: the Fifth Avenue, Riverwalk and Whitestone.
Why do Estate plans cost more than bigger Classic plans?
DiVosta does not publish a reason. The Estate plans are all one story, some offer a third garage bay, and their pages list built-in appliances with a wall oven. Walk both collections to judge the difference yourself.
Does every home come with the same features?
Most of the list is shared, including Silestone or granite countertops, KitchenAid appliances, a tankless water heater and impact-resistant windows. The Estate plan pages add built-in appliances with a gas cooktop and wall oven. Confirm the package for your home.
Do I need a wider homesite for a 3-car garage?
It can. A third bay makes the home wider, so ask the sales team which homesites can take the 3-car garage before you choose a plan.
