This guide puts every DiVosta floor plan at Avondale at Avenir in one place, so you can see which few are worth a closer look. Avondale is a gated, single-family community at 10932 Stellar Circle in Palm Beach Gardens, inside the Avenir master-planned community.

How the prices line up

Prices change, so we only give rounded ranges. Call 561-704-0091 for today's numbers.

  • The Mainstay and the Mystique have recently started in the mid $700,000s.

  • The Prestige has recently started in the high $700,000s.

  • The Fifth Avenue has recently started in the low $800,000s.

  • The Riverwalk and the Whitestone have recently started in the mid $800,000s.

  • The Stardom has recently started in the low $900,000s.

  • The Stellar and the Reverence have recently started in the high $900,000s.

  • The Renown has recently started at just over $1 million.

Notice something odd. The Whitestone is the largest home at Avondale, yet it starts below every Estate plan, even the Stardom, which is about 600 square feet smaller. Price at Avondale follows the collection more than the size. DiVosta does not publish a reason. What we can see is that every Estate plan is one-story, and DiVosta's Estate plan pages list built-in KitchenAid appliances with a gas cooktop and a wall oven. If you want the most space for your money, the two-story Classic plans win. If you want everything on one floor with more room, the Estate plans are where to look.

The six Classic Collection plans

The Classic Collection is the larger group, and it has the only two-story homes at Avondale.

The one-story Classic plans: Mainstay, Mystique and Prestige

These three are close in size, about 2,019 to 2,095 square feet. They differ in how they handle bedrooms.

  • The Mainstay is the straightforward one: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a flex room you can use as a den or an office.

  • The Mystique starts at 2 bedrooms, but DiVosta offers options for up to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.

  • The Prestige has a split-bedroom layout, with the owner's suite on one side of the home and the other bedrooms on the other side.

We compare these three in detail in our guide to the split bedroom floor plan at Avondale.

The two-story Classic plans: Fifth Avenue, Riverwalk and Whitestone

All three have an upstairs loft, which is an open living space at the top of the stairs.

  • The Fifth Avenue is the smallest two-story home. DiVosta lists 3 to 4 bedrooms and says the loft can be converted into another bedroom.

  • The Riverwalk puts all 4 bedrooms upstairs, including the owner's suite.

  • The Whitestone puts the owner's suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs.

That owner's suite location is the biggest choice between the Riverwalk and the Whitestone. Our house with loft guide walks through all three.

The four Estate Collection plans

Every Estate plan is one story and has at least 3 bedrooms or the option for a third.

  • The Stardom is the smallest Estate plan. It has an oversized kitchen island, a walk-in pantry and a 3-car garage option.

  • The Stellar is built around a big owner's suite with a huge walk-in closet. It adds a flex room and also offers a 3-car garage.

  • The Reverence is the largest one-story plan with a standard 2-car garage. Its owner's suite has an oversized walk-in closet.

  • The Renown is the largest one-story home at Avondale and the only plan with a 3-car garage as standard. The owner's suite has two walk-in closets and a pass-through to the laundry room.

Our Classic vs Estate guide explains the collections and the garage choices in more depth.

Which plan fits you?

Here is a simple way to narrow ten plans down to two or three.

You want the lowest starting price. Start with the Mainstay and the Mystique.

You want to skip stairs. Seven plans are one story: the Mainstay, Mystique, Prestige, Stardom, Stellar, Reverence and Renown.

You need 4 or more bedrooms. Look at the Riverwalk and the Whitestone first. The Fifth Avenue and the Mystique can reach 4 with options.

You want the owner's suite away from the kids. The Prestige splits the bedrooms on one floor. The Whitestone puts the owner's suite downstairs and the kids upstairs.

You work from home. Every plan has a flex room or flex space, so look at how each one is placed. Our flex room ideas guide shows how each one uses it.

You have three cars, a boat trailer or a golf cart. The Renown has a 3-car garage, and the Stardom and Stellar offer one.

What every plan shares

Some things come with every Avondale home, whichever plan you pick. DiVosta's list includes Silestone or granite countertops, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances with the refrigerator, a Rinnai tankless water heater, impact-resistant windows and doors, a covered lanai and a brick paver driveway. A lanai is a covered back porch. We cover the full list, and the 1, 2, 5 and 10-year warranty, in our guide to Silestone countertops and what's included at Avondale.

Every home also sits inside Avenir, with access to the amenities DiVosta lists there, including a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse and tennis and pickleball courts.

Same plan names, other communities

DiVosta builds some of these same plans in other places. The Mystique, Prestige and Whitestone are also sold at Hendrix Reserve in Lake Worth. The Prestige and Whitestone there are the same size as at Avondale, and they have recently started lower. The Mystique at Hendrix Reserve starts smaller than the Avondale Mystique. So check square feet, not just names, when you compare.

How to visit

Pick two or three plans from this list and walk them in person. Floor plans on paper hide how a room feels, and DiVosta's model homes show options you may not need. Bring this list and ask which features are standard.

Common Questions

How many floor plans does Avondale at Avenir have?

Ten. The Classic Collection has six plans: Mainstay, Mystique, Prestige, Fifth Avenue, Riverwalk and Whitestone. The Estate Collection has four: Stardom, Stellar, Reverence and Renown. They run from about 2,019 to 2,894 square feet.

Which Avondale floor plan is the largest?

The Whitestone, at about 2,894 square feet, is the largest home. It is a two-story plan. The largest one-story plan is the Renown, at about 2,808 square feet with a 3-car garage.

Which Avondale plans are one story?

Seven of the ten: the Mainstay, Mystique and Prestige in the Classic Collection, and all four Estate plans, the Stardom, Stellar, Reverence and Renown.

Why does the Whitestone cost less than the Stardom?

Price at Avondale follows the collection more than the size. Every Estate plan has recently started above every Classic plan. DiVosta does not publish a reason, but the Estate plans are all one story, and their pages list built-in appliances with a wall oven.

Which plan has the lowest starting price?

The Mainstay has recently had the lowest start, in the mid \$700,000s, with the Mystique close behind. Prices change, so call 561-704-0091 for today's numbers.

Can I add a bedroom to a smaller plan?

On some plans, yes. DiVosta lists the Mystique at 2 to 4 bedrooms with options, and the Prestige at 2 to 3. DiVosta says the Fifth Avenue's loft can be converted into another bedroom.
