Getting around: the roads that matter

East on Northlake takes you toward I-95 and Florida's Turnpike. Those two are how you get to West Palm Beach, to the airport, and to everywhere else in South Florida.
West on Northlake runs out toward the Beeline Highway, which angles northwest.
PGA Boulevard is the other main east-west road in the city, north of Northlake. It is the one that takes you to The Gardens Mall and to the PGA National area.

For air travel, Palm Beach International Airport is the closest major airport, south of the city and reached via I-95.

Healthcare

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is the main hospital serving this part of the city, and there are urgent care clinics along both Northlake Boulevard and PGA Boulevard.

As with schools, confirm what any specific provider accepts before you count on it. Insurance networks change and so do locations.

What daily life actually looks like

For most households out here it settles into something like this: groceries on Northlake, the school run within the district boundary your address falls in, and I-95 or the Turnpike for anything involving the rest of the county.
