DiVosta Homes in Lake Worth: Greyhawk Landing vs Hendrix Reserve vs Amara

In this article
DiVosta homes in Lake Worth come in three communities, and each one sits at a different price level. Hendrix Reserve has the lowest starting prices, in the low $700,000s. Greyhawk Landing is in the middle, in the low $800,000s. Amara by DiVosta is the estate-home option, starting in the low $1,200,000s. Two of them even share the same floor plans. Here is how to tell them apart, using DiVosta's own pages, checked October 15, 2026.

Who DiVosta Is
DiVosta is a home-building brand owned by PulteGroup. DiVosta's own legal page lists it alongside Pulte Homes, Centex and Del Webb as PulteGroup brands. That matters for two reasons:
All three communities fall under DiVosta's national warranty, which DiVosta publishes on its own site.
DiVosta's pages point buyers to Pulte Mortgage for financing and PGP Title for closing, both PulteGroup companies. Compare any loan offer with at least one outside lender before you choose.

The Same Plan, Two Prices
Here is something most buyers miss. Hendrix Reserve and Greyhawk Landing share three Classic plans: the Mystique, the Prestige and the Whitestone. The square footage DiVosta lists is the same in both places. The starting prices are not.
Plan | Sq ft (from) | Greyhawk Landing vs Hendrix Reserve |
|---|---|---|
Mystique | 1,889 | Roughly $107,000 more at Greyhawk |
Prestige | 2,080 | Roughly $81,000 more at Greyhawk |
Whitestone | 2,894 | Roughly $66,000 more at Greyhawk |
DiVosta's pages do not say why. Starting prices can reflect the land, the homesites, the amenities and the timing of each community. Do not guess. Ask both sales teams the same question: ""For this exact plan, what is the difference, and what do I get for it?"" Then compare the homesites, the included features and the amenities side by side.
If one of those three plans is your favorite, this comparison could save you real money, or show you that the extra cost buys something you want.

What Each Community Is Best At
Hendrix Reserve: The Lowest Starting Point
DiVosta calls Hendrix Reserve a boutique neighborhood with ""Less Than 110"" single-family homes. It has six plans: the Mystique, Prestige, Trailside and Whitestone in the Classic Collection, and the Ashby and Easley in the Estate Collection. The largest plan is about 2,894 square feet.
DiVosta lists a resort-style pool, a cabana, a tot lot and barbecue grills. It also lists a pickleball court as part of the plan. Call for its current status. See Hendrix Reserve's plans and community page for the details.
Hendrix's plans, per DiVosta's page:
Plan | Collection | Stories | Sq ft (from) | Bedrooms | Garage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Mystique | Classic | 1 | 1,889 | 2 to 3 | 2-car |
Prestige | Classic | 1 | 2,080 | 2 to 3 | 2-car |
Trailside | Classic | 2 | 2,615 | 5 | 2-car |
Whitestone | Classic | 2 | 2,894 | 4 to 5 | 2-car |
Ashby | Estate | 1 | 2,298 | 3 to 4 | 3-car |
Easley | Estate | 1 | 2,685 | 3 to 4 | 2- or 3-car |
Best for: buyers who want a DiVosta home at the lowest starting price of the three, and who do not need more than about 2,900 square feet.
Greyhawk Landing: The Middle Ground With More Choice
Greyhawk Landing has 131 homes and seven plans. It adds four plans you will not find at Hendrix: the five-bedroom Scarlett, at about 3,575 square feet, and three one-story Estate plans, the Stellar, Reverence and Renown.
DiVosta lists a community clubhouse, a fitness center, two pickleball courts, a playground and a resort-style pool with a vanishing edge. DiVosta's page also lists lakeview homesites.
Best for: buyers who want more plan choice, a clubhouse and fitness center, which Hendrix does not list, and five one-story plans to pick from. We break down the plans in our full Greyhawk Landing plan comparison.
Amara by DiVosta: The Estate Option
DiVosta describes Amara as ""estate-style single-family homes on oversized homesites."" It has 145 homes and nine plans, from about 2,713 to 5,630 square feet. Every plan lists a three-car garage. Two Grande plans add a connected casita.
DiVosta lists a 4,500 square-foot (air-conditioned) clubhouse, which its page says is under construction, a resort-style pool with cabanas, pickleball and basketball courts, a fitness center, a playground, a kids room and an event lawn. See Amara's plans and community page.
Best for: buyers who want a bigger home and a bigger homesite, and whose budget starts above a million dollars. Our comparison of Amara's nine plans, including six-bedroom homes goes deeper.

What Stays the Same Across All Three
Construction. DiVosta's standard features list for Greyhawk Landing includes steel-reinforced concrete block construction. Ask Hendrix Reserve and Amara for their current lists.
Warranty. DiVosta's warranty book covers materials and workmanship for one year, the main systems for two years, certain water leaks for five years and structural parts for ten years. We explain it in what Greyhawk Landing includes and the warranty.
Builder process. The same company, and the same mortgage and title affiliates named on each page.
Questions to Ask Both Sales Teams
Bring the same list to each community so the answers line up:
What is the starting price of the plan I like, and what does the homesite add?
Which features in the model are standard here, and which are upgrades?
Which amenities are finished, and which are still planned?
Which homesites are still open, and where do they sit on the map?
Which version of the DiVosta warranty goes with a contract signed today?
Write the answers down side by side. The differences usually show up in the homesite and the options, not in the base plan.
How to Choose Between Them
Start with your budget. The three starting levels are roughly a hundred thousand dollars apart between Hendrix and Greyhawk, and several hundred thousand between Greyhawk and Amara.
Decide on size. Under about 2,900 square feet, all three may work. Over about 3,600 square feet, Amara is the only one of the three.
Decide on amenities. Greyhawk and Amara list a clubhouse and fitness center (Amara's clubhouse is under construction, per its page). Hendrix lists a pool, cabana and play area.
Compare the same plan in two places. If you love the Mystique, Prestige or Whitestone, price it at both Hendrix and Greyhawk.
Visit them on the same day if you can. DiVosta describes all three as being in western Palm Beach County.
