Lake Worth, Florida can mean two different places. The coastal city renamed itself Lake Worth Beach in 2019. Farther west, in unincorporated Palm Beach County, some newer communities still use ""Lake Worth"" as their mailing name, and that is where the four new single-family communities on our list sit. Greyhawk Landing by DiVosta is one of them. It sits near Lyons Road and Hypoluxo Road and offers seven one- and two-story plans with homes that have recently started in the low $800,000s.

Lake Worth, Florida: Two Places Share One Name

When people search for Lake Worth, Florida, they often mean one of two things.

  • The city. The coastal city voted in 2019 to change its name to Lake Worth Beach.

  • The mailing name. Many homes far to the west still use ""Lake Worth"" on their mail. Greyhawk Landing's sales office address is 9140 Cape Honey Bee Lane, Lake Worth, FL 33467.

That second group is the one most new-home buyers are looking at. A December 2023 news report on the land purchase (citybiz) said the site was in unincorporated Palm Beach County. In plain words, that means the area is run by the county, not by a city. Your address says Lake Worth, but county government handles things like zoning and permits there.

If you want the full story of the name change and which ZIP codes use it, we cover that in what the Lake Worth name means for new-home buyers and in our guide to the 33449 ZIP code west of the Turnpike.

Who Builds New Single-Family Homes With a Lake Worth Address

Here is what our own community list shows for new single-family homes with a Lake Worth address in Palm Beach County, checked October 15, 2026. All four are listed as selling.

If you want a second builder in the mix, Whitmore Estates by Lennar is the other new-home community on this list. We will tell you when another community fits you better.

Here is what DiVosta's own website says about the community, checked October 15, 2026.

  • Size: 131 single-family homes. DiVosta calls it a ""boutique community.""

  • Home styles: One-story and two-story homes in two collections, Classic and Estate.

  • Plans: Seven plans, from about 1,889 to 3,575 square feet.

Homes have recently started in the low $800,000s. Call 561-704-0091 for today's numbers.

Where it sits on the map

The December 2023 citybiz report placed Greyhawk Landing near Lyons Road and Hypoluxo Road, across from Valencia Shores Boulevard. It named the Lake Worth Road interchange on Florida's Turnpike as about three miles away. We walk through the roads in Lyons Road and the roads around Greyhawk Landing. We never quote drive times. Traffic changes too much by hour and season, so test the trips that matter to you.

What Is for Sale Out Here: New vs Resale

West of the Turnpike, you will see two kinds of homes for sale:

  1. Resale homes in communities built over past decades. You can usually move in sooner, but you take the home as it is.

  2. New construction like Greyhawk Landing. You pick a plan, a homesite and many finishes. It takes longer, but everything is new and comes with a builder warranty.

Neither is always better. If you need to move in a month, resale or a finished new home is the real choice. If you can wait, new construction lets you choose the layout. Ask about finished homes, too. On October 15, 2026, DiVosta's page listed a few quick move-in homes at Greyhawk Landing.

The Plans at a Glance

Greyhawk Landing splits its plans into two collections.

Classic Collection

  • Mystique: one story, about 1,889 square feet, 2 to 3 bedrooms

  • Prestige: one story, about 2,080 square feet, 2 to 3 bedrooms

  • Whitestone: two stories, about 2,894 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms

  • Scarlett: two stories, about 3,575 square feet, 5 bedrooms

Estate Collection

  • Stellar: one story, about 2,483 square feet, 3 bedrooms

  • Reverence: one story, about 2,669 square feet, 3 bedrooms

  • Renown: one story, about 2,808 square feet, 3 bedrooms, three-car garage

Five of the seven plans are one story. If one floor is on your list, that is a big plus here. We compare every plan, and the real trade-offs, in the 3 bedroom house plans at Greyhawk Landing.

What You Get in the Community

DiVosta lists these amenities at Greyhawk Landing:

  • A community clubhouse

  • A fitness center

  • Two pickleball courts

  • A resort-style pool, which DiVosta describes as having a vanishing edge

  • A playground

DiVosta's page also lists lakeview homesites. If a lake view matters to you, ask which homesites with a view are still open, and whether they carry an extra cost.

Schools: Use the District's Own Tool

DiVosta's page names nearby schools. We do not. School boundaries can change, and the only source that counts is the School District of Palm Beach County. Use the district's attendance zone page and Find My School tool with the exact address you are looking at.

Is Lake Worth Florida a Good Fit for You?

Here are honest questions to ask yourself before you visit.

  • Do you want new, or do you want now? New construction takes planning. Resale can be faster.

  • Is one floor important? Greyhawk Landing has five one-story plans out of seven.

  • What is your daily route? Drive it at the hour you would really travel, from the address you are looking at.

  • What is your budget range? The three DiVosta communities out here start at three different levels. Knowing yours narrows the list fast.

  • How much space do you need? Greyhawk Landing's plans run from about 1,889 to 3,575 square feet. If you need much more, look at Amara.

A good first visit covers two things: the model homes, and the roads you would use every day. Bring a list of the plans you want to see, and ask for a map of the homesites so you can see where open lots sit in relation to the amenity campus and the entrance.
