The Golf Is the Center of the Neighborhood
The name says country club, and the golf is real. Lennar's page says the course was ""Designed by Jim Furyk"" and is an 18-hole course. Lennar also lists a ""Toptracer Aqua Range,"" which is a driving range where you hit over water and a tracking system shows your shot.
Lennar's amenity summary reads: ""Designed for unparalleled country club living, this community features an 18-hole championship golf course with an aquatic driving range, a tropical swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, pickleball and tennis courts.""

You want a golf neighborhood but not a huge house. The Twin Homes and Augusta plans are under about 2,000 square feet.
You need four bedrooms. All four Pinehurst plans have four bedrooms.
You want one level. Four of the eight plans are single-story: Azalea, Alexia, Hartford and Daisy. The Hailey is two-story, but it keeps all three bedrooms on the first floor, with only a bonus room upstairs.
It may not fit if you want a large lot far from neighbors, or if you would rather not live near a golf course.
