Space for the Money

Here is a simple way to compare. Both Coral Breeze plans are over 2,300 square feet. The largest Aria Park plan is 1,786 square feet, and the largest Terra Sol plan is 1,804 square feet. So a Coral Breeze twin home gives you more than 500 extra square feet over the largest townhome plan at either one.

At the other end, Sunstone's largest plan, the Quartz, is 2,484 square feet with five bedrooms and a two-car garage. Its starting price is higher.

Coral Breeze sits in the middle. It costs more than the townhomes and less than Sunstone, based on Lennar's starting prices.
