The Three Townhomes: Jade, Opal and Topaz
All three townhomes have two stories and a 1-car garage. Each garage is about 10 feet wide and 19 feet deep. Townhomes also get a tankless water heater. The U.S. Department of Energy explains that this type heats water only as you need it.
Jade (1,643 sq ft). Three bedrooms, all upstairs. It has the biggest primary bedroom of the townhomes, at 14'6"" x 12'4"". Downstairs, a separate dining room sits at the front (13'5"" x 10'8""). A great room runs across the back (21'2"" x 14'4"").
Opal (1,625 sq ft). The smallest townhome, yet the only one with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Bedroom 4 (10'1"" x 10'1"") and a full bath are on the first floor. It also has two living rooms: one at the front (16'7"" x 10'8"") and one at the back (11'6"" x 10'8"").
Topaz (1,644 sq ft). Four bedrooms, all upstairs. It has the biggest townhome kitchen, at 16'2"" x 10'0"". It is also the only townhome with the washer and dryer hookups on the first floor.

The Single-Story Homes: Dakota, Freeport and Merritt
No stairs, and each has a 2-car garage.
Dakota (1,322 sq ft). Three bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a split layout. The primary bedroom (12'3"" x 12'5"") sits at a back corner, away from bedroom 2 (11'8"" x 10'2"") and bedroom 3 (11'8"" x 11'0""). The kitchen (12'1"" x 12'1"") has an island.
Freeport (1,392 sq ft). Three bedrooms plus a flex room (12'5"" x 9'6"") beside the garage. A flex room is an extra room you use how you like, such as an office. Freeport has recently started about a thousand dollars above the Dakota.
Merritt (1,739 sq ft). The largest single-story plan. Its primary bedroom is 16'0"" x 13'6"", and its flex room (11'0"" x 10'2"") has a closet.

The Two-Story Homes: Sapole II and Robie
Sapole II (2,085 sq ft). Four bedrooms plus an upstairs living room (11'8"" x 11'1""). Bedroom 4 (10'5"" x 11'11"") and a full bath are on the first floor. The great room is 16'4"" x 18'0"", and laundry is on the first floor.
Robie (2,456 sq ft). The only 5-bedroom plan and the largest home at Juniper Cove. Bedroom 4 (13'4"" x 10'8"") and a full bath are downstairs. Upstairs are the primary bedroom (18'8"" x 12'4""), three more bedrooms, laundry and a living room.
One fact to check on the Sapole II: the builder's website lists a 2-car garage. D.R. Horton's Juniper Cove plan drawing shows a 1-car garage (12'0"" x 19'1"") plus a storage room (7'10"" x 7'4""). Ask us which one applies to the home you pick. Call 561-704-0091 and we will check it for you.

Lennar's Sunstone has the Amber, 4 bedrooms and 1,921 square feet, recently from the high $630,000s. The Sapole II and Robie have started below that.
