Homestead FL ZIP Codes: All Nine

A ZIP code is a five-digit number the Postal Service uses to sort and deliver mail. Homestead uses these nine:

33031

33032

A Publix on SW 112th Avenue uses this ZIP

33033

Parker Pointe's ZIP. Mario's Cuban Kitchen + Bar and La Playa Grill use it too

33034

Robert Is Here uses it. So does the outlet center in Florida City

33035

33039

Use the USPS lookup for an exact address

33090

Use the USPS lookup for an exact address

33092

Use the USPS lookup for an exact address

We do not list which streets fall inside each ZIP, because we have not verified that. The USPS ZIP Code lookup gives the exact answer for any street address. It takes a few seconds.

Which ZIP Code Does Parker Pointe Use?

Parker Pointe uses 33033. That is the ZIP code on the builder's community address. The sales center address on the builder's materials is 112 NE 14th Terrace. If you type "33033 zip code" into a search box, this is the Homestead ZIP you are looking at.

Your own home will have its own street address once you buy. Take the ZIP code from that exact address, not from a guess.

One ZIP Code Can Cross City Lines

A ZIP code is a mail route. It is not a city line. City borders are drawn for other reasons, so the two do not always match.

Here are real examples from the area:

  • Robert Is Here is a fruit stand on SW 344th Street in Homestead. It uses 33034. The outlet center in Florida City lists 33034 as well.

  • Knaus Berry Farm sits on SW 177th Avenue. Its mailing address says Miami, ZIP 33187. Many people still think of it as Homestead-area. It is a farm stand and bakery, and it is seasonal. Confirm its dates before you go.

  • JJ's Cuisine is on NE 1st Road in downtown Homestead, in 33030. It is an American smokehouse.

So a ZIP code can tell you where the mail goes. It cannot tell you which city limits a street sits in. Restaurants and stores change hands and hours. Confirm before you go, and check that a place is still open.

A ZIP Code Is Not a School Zone

This is the most common mix-up. Your ZIP code does not decide which school your child attends. Two homes with the same ZIP code can be assigned differently.

Instead, use the school assignment lookup on the Miami-Dade County Public Schools website. Enter the exact street address. The district tells you the answer for that address. We do not name schools or ratings in our copy. The district's own lookup is the right source.

Why Your ZIP Code Matters When You Buy

Once you own a home, your address is used in many places. The ZIP code is part of it. Here is where it shows up:

  • Mail. Your mail is sorted by ZIP code first. A wrong number can delay a letter.

  • Forms. Loan papers, closing forms, and sign-ups ask for a full address.

  • Quotes. Companies that give you a price for a service often ask for your ZIP code first. That includes insurance quotes.

  • Accounts. New accounts for the things a home needs usually ask for a full address.

The fix is simple. Write down your full address with the correct ZIP the day you get it, and use the same version everywhere.

For city services, the City of Homestead website is the place to start. Homestead is a city in southern Miami-Dade County.

Where Shopping Fits Into the ZIP Picture

You may look at ZIP codes because you want to know what is around a home. Homestead Towne Square is a good example of how this works. It is a shopping center at the northeast corner of South Dixie Highway (U.S. 1) and Campbell Drive. Its address is on North Homestead Boulevard, in ZIP 33030. It has about 205,000 sq ft of retail, and a Publix supermarket is located there.

The builder's neighborhood map for Parker Pointe marks Homestead Hospital, Miami-Dade College, a post office, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Coral Castle, and the Florida Keys Outlet Marketplace as nearby. We do not give distances.
