The builder's own materials also show Easley's extended, screened lanai setup for a custom pool and spa option, plus a popular drop-zone option near the garage entry for shoes, bags, and mail. Ashby's garage is fixed at 3 cars. Easley's is listed as 2 to 3 cars, meaning some configurations trade the third bay for other floor plan elements. If the 3-car garage is non-negotiable, confirm which Easley configuration is on the homesite you're considering before assuming it's included.

Moving from Ashby up to Easley is a step in price, and it buys 387 more square feet and the formal dining room—nothing else changes about the collection or the warranty. As with every plan at Hendrix Reserve, DiVosta's site shows floor plan images for Ashby and Easley but doesn't list room-by-room dimensions in text. We won't estimate measurements from an image, so if exact room sizes matter to how you'd furnish the home, plan to measure in person during a model visit.

Both share the same finish package and warranty.

Both Ashby and Easley are backed by DiVosta's Pulte Protection Plan—1, 2, 5, and 10-year transferable limited warranty—the same coverage as every other plan at Hendrix Reserve. Built to the same structural and energy standard

Ashby and Easley share DiVosta's estate-tier construction: steel-reinforced concrete block walls, engineered roof trusses with hurricane tie-downs, and impact-resistant windows and doors on every opening, not just the front elevation. Both also carry the same Carrier High-Efficiency 15+ SEER2 HVAC system and R-30 ceiling insulation with R4.1 foil on the exterior masonry walls. None of that changes between the two plans—the formal dining room and the extra square footage are the only real differentiators, not how well either home is built.

Exact lot dimensions vary by phase and by which section of the community is currently releasing, so ask the sales team which specific homesites are tied to Ashby versus Easley if lot size factors into your decision as much as the floor plan itself.

A note on the flex spaces

Both plans include a flex space—Ashby's is described as usable for a home office or den, and Easley's similarly, but in a larger footprint given the plan's overall size. Neither is a fully enclosed fourth bedroom by default in every configuration; confirm with the sales team whether the flex space on the specific homesite you're considering can be enclosed as a true additional bedroom if that's what you need it for.
