Getting Around Central Park in Port St Lucie: I-95 Exits and Roads

To reach Central Park Townhomes from I-95 in Port St Lucie, take Exit 120 and head west on Crosstown Parkway. Turn right on Verano Parkway. It connects to SW Village Parkway, and the community is in that area. The address is 12958 SW Forli Way.

This guide names the real roads you will use. It gives no drive times, because those change with traffic and with where you start. Roads stay put, so we stick to them.

The Short Route From I-95

Start on I-95 and get off at Exit 120, which is Crosstown Parkway. Head west. Stay on it until you reach Verano Parkway, then turn right.

Verano Parkway connects to SW Village Parkway. From there, you are in the Tradition area. Central Park Townhomes is at 12958 SW Forli Way, Port St Lucie, FL 34987.

Four I-95 Exits To Know

I-95 is the big highway that runs north and south along Florida's east coast. In this part of Port St Lucie, four exits matter most.

Exit 120 is the one we use for directions to the community, because Crosstown Parkway leads to Verano Parkway. The other exits give you other ways in and out of the city. Which one is best for you depends on where you are starting and where you are going.

If you are new to the area, look at all four on a map. It helps you picture how the city fits along the highway.

Florida's Turnpike

Florida's Turnpike also serves the area. It is a toll road that runs north and south, much like I-95. If you commute or travel by turnpike, ask us how the area connects to it. We can show you on a map at your visit. A toll road charges a fee, so check the rates before you plan a daily trip.

Roads Inside and Around Tradition

Once you leave I-95, you will use a few main roads in the Tradition area.

  • Crosstown Parkway takes you west from I-95.

  • Verano Parkway connects Crosstown Parkway to SW Village Parkway.

  • SW Village Parkway is the road Verano Parkway connects to.

  • SW Village Center Drive is the address for Publix at Tradition Square, at 10400 SW Village Center Dr.

  • SW Innovation Way is the address for Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, at 10000 SW Innovation Way. The hospital has a 24-hour emergency room.

Knowing these names helps on a first visit. You can plan a stop at the store or find the hospital without guessing.

Reading a Map Without Drive Times

Map apps show minutes, but those numbers move all day. A better habit is to learn the road names and the order you meet them. For the route above, the order is I-95, then Crosstown Parkway, then Verano Parkway, then SW Village Parkway. Say it out loud a few times. Then the trip feels simple, even before you drive it.
