About The Estates at NOMAR
West Palm Beach is the seat of Palm Beach County and its biggest city, sitting on the mainland side of the Intracoastal Waterway across from the town of Palm Beach. Downtown centers on Clematis Street and Rosemary Square (formerly CityPlace), a walkable outdoor blend of shops, restaurants and a movie theater a few minutes' drive from most neighborhoods.
